Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer both Refund and Exchange services.

Refund or Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To request a refund, the customer must return the product to our provided return address.

The product must be unused and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed.

Return courier/shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
